Well hello there, Betty, so glad you found planDisney!
I totally understand that life happens and plans have to change. It’s always a bummer to have to reschedule when you’ve been planning on experiencing the magic, especially at
Disneyland Resort. I’m sorry you had to cancel your
park reservations. I’m happy to share a little more on the process.
As a reminder,
Disneyland Resort tickets are nonrefundable purchases, so even if you do cancel your park reservation, there won’t be a refund or credit back to your method of payment. Depending on the ticket type it may have an expiration date or timeframe of when it can be used. If it is a special ticket offer within a certain timeframe there is no extension and if not used, it is forfeited. When a park reservation is canceled, assuming there are days available left, guests can make new reservations up to the expiration date of the ticket. Once you have the
Disneyland app, go to “Tickets and passes” to see your tickets. Under the barcode the expiration date should be listed. If you still are unclear, you’ll need to contact Guest Ticket Services to look up your ticket.
I’m not sure when you’re planning to rebook but there’s so much magic in store, including the opening of
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure when
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort begin on November 15, too! Now through October 31, you can experience
Halloween Time and enjoy spooks and treats across both parks. The nighttime entertainment is spectacular, from
Fantasmic! to
Halloween Screams!I hope that you’re able to get your plans updated soon, Betty. If you have any questions about your visits or passes, please feel free to
send another message!
Magical adventures await!
