    We're Canadians visiting Port Orleans in May. On previous trips, we've been able to pre order Magic Bands and pick them up at the front desk. We are having a hard time finding the option to do this for this trip.Is this service no longer available?

    Welcome to planDisney! Greetings from New York to my northern neighbor. I'm excited about your upcoming trip to warm Florida in a few months and hope you are getting ready! (It's never too early to start packing!)

    Unfortunately, I come as the bearer of the sad news that Disney bands (or MagicBands as they are called in the United States) are not able to be purchased for delivery to your home or the Resort at this time for Canadian guests. You will have to wait until you arrive at your Walt Disney World Resort. My family has found some great Disney bands for sale at Disney's Pin Traders and the shop in our Walt Disney World Resort. You may find bands that are even nicer than what could be pre-ordered online. 

    I hope that when you arrive you enjoy my favorite EPCOT festival ever. The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is looking to be even more fun this year with the announcement that Groot will make an appearance as a topiary. I'm shocked that this plant-based hero has not already made an appearance but his time has come! The Disney Parks Blog just stated that this festival will be running from February 28 to May 27, 2024. You will arrive just in time!
