Hi Darrell,
Welcome to planDisney! Planning a vacation can be exciting, but sometimes plans must change, and I’m glad you came to planDisney with your question.
Darrell, theme park tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable. Instead, you can
use the value of your unused theme park tickets towards the purchase of new theme park tickets for a later date. If there is an increase in price for your new ticket dates, you will be required to pay the difference.
If you are certain you need to change the dates of your theme park tickets, you can do so in your My Disney Experience account. Log in to your My Disney Experience account on a web browser and scroll down to find “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets.” Click “Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker.” Find the ticket you’d to change and select “Change Ticket” then follow the steps to select your new dates and complete the purchase.
If you have any issues completing this process, I suggest calling the number listed under “
Existing Tickets” to allow a Cast Member to assist you with making the change.
I hope you find vacation dates that work better for you and your family, Darrell. Any time spent at Walt Disney World Resort is magical, no matter what time of year you’re visiting! If you have any future questions, don’t hesitate to come back and see us at
planDisney!
