How can I find out when my pass expires

    Hello there, Donna!

It sounds like you are an avid Walt Disney World Resort traveler. Have you seen the Passholder Buzz in the My Disney Experience mobile app? You can find the Passholder Buzz by selecting the home button in the bottom left corner of the screen and scrolling down to “the Passholder Buzz.” Once you open that page, you will find special perks and other Annual Passholder exclusives.

Donna, you can also find your Annual Pass expiration date in the My Disney Experience mobile app by selecting the three horizontal bars in the bottom right corner of the screen and “My Profile.” Next, you’ll want to select “Membership & Passes” to see your Annual Pass listed with its expiration date.

If you haven’t activated your Annual Pass, the expiration date will be listed as one year from the date that you purchased the Pass. Once you activate the Annual Pass and use it to enter a Walt Disney World theme park, you’ll find that the expiration date changes to one year from the date of activation. Please note that your Annual Pass will expire if it is not activated within one year from the date of purchase.

Let us know if you need any other tips on how to take advantage of your Annual Pass. I just got my first one this year, and it is the gift that keeps on giving.

May the magic be with you!
