Hi there, Kyle, and welcome to planDisney!
Thanks for submitting your question to us. I see that you're considering the wonderful
Southern California Resident Ticket Offer. I used to live only 20 minutes from the Disneyland Resort and really miss being able to hear the fireworks from my apartment at night. Those were the days!
All Disneyland Resort
Theme Park Tickets, standard or otherwise, must be used by the same Guest throughout the lifetime of that ticket. The
Terms and Conditions state that tickets are "nontransferable and must be used by the same person on any and all days." So I'm afraid that your proposed scenario would not work. Each of your friends would need to have their own ticket. When the Southern California Resident Ticket is first activated, Guests will need to also present a valid government-issued photo ID to verify their residency status. Their photo will also be taken and assigned to that ticket. But remember that you have until May 15, 2025 to use all 3 days and the ticket may be used on nonconsecutive days, so you have some options.
Have you see the
Schedule of Events for 2025 yet? You'll have plenty of reasons to return to the Disneyland Resort before that ticket expires. One of my favorite festivals is the
Lunar New Year Celebration held at Disney California Adventure Park. They're ringing in the Year of the Snake and there'll be plenty of yummy Asian-inspired dishes for you to enjoy.
Kyle, I wish you the best as you plan out your visits to the Disneyland Resort this year! Please feel free to write back to us if you think of anything else. You're always welcome at planDisney and we'd love to hear from you again! Until next time!
Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
