Hello Georgie!
Thanks for bringing your question our way. As you have probably noticed, guests purchasing tickets in the UK are given different options than we have here in the US. I saw this myself while researching details during an international trip this spring.
The UK
7 and 14-day Magic Tickets are usually a great value, but I understand not everyone has that many days available to spend in
Walt Disney World Resort on each visit. If you are hoping to purchase a 1-day standard theme park ticket you'll need to wait until you've arrived in the US. Let's walk through your options.
Once you've arrived, tickets can be purchased via the US website or from the
My Disney Experience Mobile App (be sure to download that once you're stateside). From the app, click the "+" sign at the bottom center of the screen and select "Buy Tickets and Passes." Follow the prompts to select your date of visit and whether you want to visit 1 Park Per Day or upgrade to Park Hopper Option tickets. Complete the checkout process and set up
Disney MagicMobile Service if you won't have a DisneyBand available for your visit.
If you won't have access to a smartphone during your visit, you can also purchase tickets in person at the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs or the main entrance of any theme park. I recommend doing this ahead of the date you want to visit if possible, so you don't miss a minute of magic that morning.
Georgie, I hope this helped. If you have additional questions please come back and let us know.
Wishing you a magical visit,
Amy
