Lightning Lane passes.
Sharon, Disney Genie+ service has been recently retired, but Lightning Lane Multi Pass offers Guests a similar experience - with the added benefit of being able to pre-select several return times before their visits! Since it sounds like you're currently on-site, you should be eligible to purchase this service now. To purchase Lightning Lane passes, open the
My Disney Experience mobile app (be sure you have the most up-to-date version downloaded!) and tap the "☰" icon. Then, select the "Lightning Lane Passes" tile in the top right corner. You'll see the option to purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass (similar to the previous Disney Genie+ service) or Lightning Lane Single Pass (similar to the previous Individual Lightning Lane selection). Tap "Purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass," select the date and the theme park you're visiting, and then continue on to choosing your selections!
If you're already in a theme park and you'd like step-by-step instruction from a Cast Member, head to a
Guest Experience Team location for help. (These locations are usually identified by blue umbrellas.) Guest Experience Team Cast Members are there to help you navigate the use of the My Disney Experience mobile app and other Guest inquiries!
