Hi there, Gianna! Welcome to planDisney. We're happy you're here!
It sounds like there are some very special plans in the making, especially during the
holidays! I'd love to help your brother make the most out of his magical trip to
Walt Disney World Resort, including adding a few family members to his reservation! Since I'm not sure of the details of his trip or where he's staying, I'll try to include as many tips and ideas as I have. If you have any other additional questions, please write back to us again!
My best tip would be to have your brother reach out to whomever he booked his vacation package with! If he booked a hotel offsite or through his work, that may be the best first step for him to take. If he booked a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel through the
Walt Disney World Resort website, it's possible that he can modify his reservation online through his
My Disney Experience account (based on availability and room occupancy) to add the other family members. If he's looking for a little more assistance, he can always
call a friendly Cast Member! While nothing is guaranteed, they're always happy to help with the best next steps that are available. Your brother can also check online for great rates through the
Special Offers, Deals & Discounts page! Here, he will be able to see if there are any current promotions that he may be eligible for and try to apply them to his reservation.
I'd also recommend that everyone in his travel party makes
My Disney Experience accounts! This is the best way to collaborate and make plans together for your trip to Walt Disney World Resort. Also, take some time to explore the
My Disney Experience app, too! When in the parks, you'll be able to check wait times for attractions, join
virtual queues, and even
mobile order food. It's my favorite way to minimize waits and maximize the fun!
I hope I was able to point you in the right direction today, Gianna! If you have any other questions, or if I've misunderstood your question, please write to us again. We're always happy to help!
Wishing you the very merriest,
Michelle
