Hiya Michelle!
Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for stopping by with your planning question for us.
I’m ecstatic to hear you have a Walt Disney World Resort reservation! Whether it’s a Disney Resort hotel reservation, a dining reservation, or a theme park reservation, I’m happy to help you look!
Michelle, for a
Disney Resort hotel reservation or a Vacation Package, you should be able to see it in your My Disney Experience account. Please
sign in and see if you can locate the reservation under
My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets. A reservation can take up to 24 hours to appear in your account.
If you haven’t linked your reservation, you can also do so on your My Disney Experience account. Under your
Plans and Tickets, you’ll see blue circular icons titled
Resort Hotel,
Park Tickets,
Park Reservations, and
Dining. If you hover over the
Resort Hotel or
Dining icons, you can link your reservations. By choosing to link the reservation, you’ll be directed to a page where you can type in the confirmation number and the last name on the reservation. The confirmation should have been emailed to you when you booked the reservation. I recommend searching for any emails from Disney Destinations, disneydestinations@visit.disneydestinations.com, to see if the reservation comes up in your email. I like to check my Promotions and Spam folders, just in case it's hiding there.
If your theme park reservation is not showing up under your
My Plans section, I suggest checking your email for it because a confirmation should have been sent to you. You can also make new theme park reservations by
logging in here.
If you’re unable to find any of your reservations, I would give
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations a call. This way, a friendly Cast Member can look into your account to help you further.
Wishing you an enchanting visit, Michelle!
Aena
