Ahoy Angel!
Welcome to
planDisney! I’m glad you chose to drop anchor here to ask your question about bringing snacks on board when you set sail with
Disney Cruise Line. Disney Cruise Line and snacks are two of my favorite topics to discuss, Angel, so I will happily embark on a quest to provide you with an answer.
Incredible food is abundant aboard all the Disney Cruise Line ships. From buffets and all you care to enjoy ice cream, to beautiful, gourmet dining experiences, there is plenty to keep your taste buds satisfied and your tummies full. You can find casual eateries on the upper decks, perfect for eating poolside. Vacations are for snacking, is what I always say, so I hope you find yourself perfectly pleased with all the offerings on board.
Even with all the lovely snacks and foods on board, I get that there may be some snacks you would like to bring with you to have available in your stateroom. When planning the snacks you want to bring on your Disney Cruise Line cruise, there are a
few rules to keep in mind. Homemade, precooked, perishable foods, or open food containers are prohibited. You can, however, bring nonperishable snack foods in their original factory-sealed packaging. All items must be consumed before returning to your home port or remain unopened. You can have these items in your checked luggage or carry-on, whichever best suits your needs.
Angel, I hope this answers your question and helps you prepare for your upcoming cruise. Here at planDisney, we love answering your Disney vacation questions, so please stop by anytime we can help.
Happy Cruising!
Angie
