A warm welcome to planDisney, Ann!
I'm so happy to have received your question, and hope that you are eagerly awaiting the arrival of your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth!
EPCOT Food and Wine Festival should be in full swing while you're visiting Disney World, Ann. I highly recommend following the
Disney Parks Blog website as they will post a "Foodie Guide" for the festival that highlights all of the food and drinks that you'll be able to purchase at the different country's pavilions around World Showcase at EPCOT -- This is consistently one of my very favorite festivals, and I cannot wait to "eat my way around the world" later this year!
I am happy to let you know that you are more than welcome to bring your own ECV to Disney World! If you're more comfortable using your ECV from home than participating in the
ECV rental program, please feel free to do so! (A quick note: As per Disney World Property Rules and Guidelines "ECVs may not be stored or left unattended in hotel corridors or hallways" so please plan accordingly.) There is no charge for bringing your own ECV to Disney World. Save that money for some extra snacks!
I'm feeling a rumbly in my tumbly like Winnie the Pooh, Ann, so I think this is the perfect time to lead you in the direction of my current favorite snacks at each of the theme parks! At Magic Kingdom, I'm currently in love with the Cheeseburger Spring Rolls outside of Adventureland. At Animal Kingdom, I adore the Barbacoa Beef on Baked Macaroni & Cheese at Eight Spoon Cafe... though you may need to share this or make it a small meal! At EPCOT, School Bread from Kringla Bakeri in Norway is my favorite sweet treat at the parks! And finally, in Hollywood Studios, I really enjoy the Takodana Veggie Dippers at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo.
If you have additional questions, Ann, feel free to reach out to me again! I'd love to help you with any further planning advice you might need.
See ya real soon, friend!
