Hi, Adwoa! Welcome to planDisney.
There’s just something special about those morning bus rides at
Walt Disney World Resort. The soft Disney music playing, everyone buzzing with excitement, little ones clutching their Mickey ears—it’s like the whole day is just waiting to unfold. My own kids are always wide-eyed on the way there... and completely zonked out on the ride back. I carry them off the bus with full hearts and tired feet.
Disney buses usually start rolling about 45 minutes before the parks open, which is perfect if you’ve got early breakfast plans or just want to be first in line for your favorite ride. If you're planning to take advantage of Early Theme Park Entry, I usually try and get to the bus stop about an hour before. That sounds early, but by the time you get loaded, arrive at the theme park, get through security, and enter the park, you'll need every second if you want to beat the crowds!
Buses keep running until about an hour after the parks close, so you’ve got plenty of time to soak up every last magical moment before heading back to your Disney Resort hotel.
One of the things I love about staying on property is how easy it is to get around. You’ve got the buses, of course, but depending on where you’re staying, you might also hop on a
boat, ride the
Monorail, or float through the sky on the
Disney Skyliner (which is my personal favorite!). And it's all free!
You're gonna love every second, Adwoa. Thanks for stopping by planDisney. Have a brilliant holiday.
Mike
