Hi Nhu! Thanks for visiting planDisney.
While it may be possible to request a printed
admission ticket if you purchase a ticket in person at the parks, you currently
can't get a printed copy for tickets you already purchased online. I'm sorry if that's not the news you were hoping for today. I want to assure you, however, that using your mobile device with your ticket linked in the
Disneyland mobile app is incredibly convenient. Plus, you don't have to worry about losing a paper ticket.
If you want a printed copy of an admission ticket you purchased online, you'll need to print it out at home. I'm happy to walk you through how to go about that! Pull up the purchase confirmation email. Try searching for "Disneyland Reservations" if you're having difficulty finding the email. Click the "Access Your eTickets" button. The button will open a new tab. Click the "Print eTickets" link in the upper right-hand side of the page. This will open up the printing option for your home printer. Each ticket has a barcode that can be scanned at the entrance to the parks.
The app will be your handy tool during your park day for checking wait times,
mobile ordering your food from select Quick Service locations, finding beloved Characters in the parks, and more. Download the app in advance of your visit to familiarize yourself with all its features. This helps make your park day much smoother!
I hope this helps.
