Happiest Greetings on Earth, Aaron! Welcome to planDisney and thanks for sharing this question with us.
While it's never fun to have to navigate changes to your plans, I'm glad you were able to successfully cancel your original theme park reservations and that you're ready to jump back into the planning mode for a rescheduled visit to Disneyland Resort! My first recommendation is to ensure that you
link your purchased tickets to your Disney account and use the "
My Plans" section of the official Disneyland Resort website to view their details. From here, you should be able to view the expiration date on those original tickets, or this will also be listed in the email confirmation you received at the time of purchase.
Now, Aaron, if you find that you have
wholly unused, expired tickets (or if they will expire before you can use them), you may be able to apply the price paid for your original tickets to the purchase of a new ticket of equal or greater value. Since the new tickets would have a future expiration date, you would have more time to use them when it feels right for you and your family. If you opt to pursue this, I recommend that you call and speak to a Cast Member using the
Tickets line to discuss this option.
When you are ready to reschedule your theme park reservations, simply use the
Ticket and Reservation Details page and follow the prompts for Guests who currently hold a purchased ticket or pass. Once your new park reservations are confirmed, you'll be able to see them in the "My Plans" section of the website or within the
official Disneyland mobile app.
Aaron, I sure hope this has been helpful guidance as you continue making your plans. I'm sure you and your family are looking forward to experiencing all the magic of a Disneyland Resort vacation, and I hope it is everything you've been dreaming of! If we can assist with anything else in the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach out to
planDisney again soon.
Wishing you Wondrous Journeys,
Tishra
