I bought tickets for my daughter and I and it says I need to make a reservation. When I go to make a reservation, I get a message saying that reservations are not available for that day. Does that mean we can't get into the park?

Hey there, hi there, Natalie! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for bringing us your ticket question.

I am so excited that you are planning a visit to The Happiest Place on Earth with your daughter! I am sure your visit will be full of magical memories. If you purchased your tickets through the Disneyland website or the Disneyland app, you may get an error message saying your ticket has reached its theme park reservation limit. This simply means your ticket already has reservations for the day(s) available on that ticket. If you purchased your tickets elsewhere and are trying to make reservations, you should be able to make reservations for your date. At the time of writing this, I do not see any dates that reservations are currently full.

If you have purchased a lower tiered ticket, you may see dates blocked out because they are higher tiered days. You can upgrade your tickets if needed by heading to the "My Disneyland" section on the menu bar on the Disneyland website and then clicking on "Change Your Theme Park Tickets". If this doesn't fit your ticket issue, I recommend reaching out to Ticket Services to see if they can help.

Natalie, I hope you are able to figure out the ticket issue and secure your theme park ticket reservations soon. Please come back and see us again if you have any other questions!
