    We bought tickets at Costco for Christmas and have been planning a trip for next week. I got on to reserve our parks and there are none available. Are we still going to be able to get in?

    Hey there, Dustin! Welcome to planDisney! I am so glad you stopped by with this great question!

    Disneyland Resort tickets are the perfect Christmas gift! I have unwrapped the gift of Disney many times myself, and it always makes me smile big because it really is magic wrapped up with a bow!

    Ideally, park reservations are made soon after purchasing tickets since availability can fill up quickly, especially as spring arrives and the weather starts to warm up. While I am not sure which tickets you purchased, I did take a look at the reservation calendar and I can see availability for both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park for this upcoming week and next week.

    Let’s make sure your tickets are connected to your Disneyland mobile app so you can hopefully grab those park reservations. Start by downloading the app and signing in with your Disneyland account. Once logged in, tap the three line menu at the bottom of the screen, select My Tickets & Passes, and then tap the blue plus sign in the upper right corner. From there, you can link your tickets by scanning the barcode or entering the ID number manually.

    After your tickets are linked, tap the gray plus sign at the bottom of the screen and choose Make a Park Reservation. You should then be able to see available dates and select your starting park. If you still aren’t seeing any availability, you may need to reach out to a helpful Cast Member to ensure your tickets are properly linked. For ticket and general assistance, call (714) 781-4636, or use the Chat with Us feature in the app. To access that feature, click on the three line menu and scroll to the bottom to the Help & Feedback section, and select the chat feature.

    While you are visiting, I hope you get a chance to check out the newest show, Bluey’s Best Day Ever! It is a fun, interactive experience for Guests of all ages! I am headed to Disneyland this week myself and cannot wait to sing and dance along!
