Hello there, Ebru!
Welcome to
planDisney, and thanks for stopping by to ask us your question about
Disneyland Resort tickets. I’m glad to hear that you have a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth planned very soon!
It sounds like you already purchased
theme park tickets but wish to visit on a different day than you originally planned. There are various tiers for 1-Day theme park tickets, and some of those tiers include blockout dates for single-day visitors. The tickets you purchased for July 1 are in Tier 4, but to visit on June 30 you will need Tier 5 tickets. Don’t worry, Ebru. You can modify your
theme park reservations, but you must first upgrade your theme park tickets by paying the price difference between the ticket tiers. The best way to do this is by calling the Tickets line at (714) 781-4636 for assistance. You may want to check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar in advance to make sure there is availability for the date you plan to visit
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park before paying for the upgrade, but I just took a peek and it looks like there are reservations open for both theme parks as of now.
After your ticket has been upgraded to a new tier, you can change your theme park reservations by logging into your MyDisney account on
disneyland.com or in the
Disneyland mobile app. Select “Park Reservations” under the “Plan My Next Visit” heading. Choose the “Make or Modify Park Reservations” link to switch to a new date and select the first theme park you’d like to visit with your
Park Hopper tickets.
I hope these instructions are helpful, Ebru, and that your vacation is filled with pixie-dusted moments! Please feel free to write back with any other questions you can dream of.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
