Hiya Pam,
Welcome to planDisney! Can you believe that October is almost here? The weather has started to chill, and it is starting to feel like
Fall finally! Before you know it, you will be at the Most Magical Place on Earth taking in all the magic!
Let's get to your question, Pam, so you can start finalizing the last details of your trip.
Park hopper tickets can be amazing if you actually plan to park hop. But if you aren't planning to, I can also completely understand why you would prefer a refund. Unfortunately, Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets are nonrefundable and cannot be downgraded. So if you purchased your tickets as park hoppers, you can't currently modify them to 1-park tickets.
I know that wasn't the answer you were hoping for, but I hope it is still helpful, Pam. Before I let you go, I did want to share a take on park hopping that might still let you find time in your itinerary for it. As Florida residents, we often aren't in the parks for a full day, which might make some people think park hopping isn't part of our plans. But we actually like park hopping. For us, park hopping isn't always a full half day or even a full day of riding attractions. It is often just a few hours and an excuse to try snacks at
EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival, for example, or check out a Nighttime Spectacular we loved. Whatever your itinerary includes, I hope that you have the most magical trip ever. If you need anything as you complete your final planning checklist, please come back and see us; we would be happy to help.
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
