    we bought a light saver we went to Ondar’s den to ship the light saver to our house in Canada on September 22. We still didn’t received it. I have the invoice and try to check ups tacking number and said don’t exist. Where should we check?

    Welcome to planDisney! I’m so glad you got to check out Dok Ondar’s Den of Antiquities during your visit to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge! It sounds like you found a lightsaber that you couldn’t resist, I know I always stop in Dok Ondar’s to check out the Legacy Lightsabers available. 

    I reached out to a Cast Member regarding shipping souvenirs from Walt Disney World Resort and was told shipping takes approximately 7-10 business days. Since you’ve passed that timeframe, the Cast Member recommended that you reach out to Merchandise Services for further assistance in tracking your package. You can email them at Merchandise.Guest.Services@disneyparks.com. I suggest including as much information as possible, so I think attaching a photo of your invoice would be a good idea.  My fellow panelist Prince S. also had some useful tips for Canadians when tracking their packages from Walt Disney World Resort
