Hey there, Rachel, thanks for stopping by planDisney!
Oh no, I'm sorry you're unable to visit
Disneyland Resort. It's always a bummer to reschedule or cancel a magical trip. Sending you positive vibes! You're a great friend though, to spread the magic around.
You can transfer eligible, wholly unused tickets to another
MyDisney account. To officially do that, so the other person can have 100% control over their ticket, you'll want to contact the
Disney Ticket Services hotline to link the tickets to each of your friends' MyDisney accounts. You'll need their name, MyDisney account email that's connected to their Disneyland app and phone number.
Hopefully, this information helps for a seamless transfer over to your friends. If you happen to consider visiting at a later date, you can do so up to the date of expiration on your ticket. You can find the expiration in the
Disneyland app - tap the three bars on the bottom menu, then under "Tickets and Passes" swipe to your ticket and the expiration date is listed below the barcode.
A lot is happening in
2024 at the Disneyland Resort. I recommend sharing
Disney Parks Blog with your friends and encouraging them to follow
Disneyland on Instagram to keep up with the magic. If you or your friends have any other questions, feel free to
reach back out directly and I am happy to help!
Wishing you a magical week!
Camille
