Hi there, Sophia!
Thanks for stopping by with a question for us. It sounds like your passes are newly purchased and awaiting activation. Hooray for a magical year ahead! I'm a fellow
Annual Passholder and have loved my frequent visits to the parks and the many
discounts and benefits that come along with it. I'm sure you are both anxious to get started on the fun, and I'm glad to assist!
If your husband is listed on your
Family & Friends list you should be able to reassign the Annual Pass to him through your
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Simply navigate to the feature menu (≡) at the bottom right of your app and select the option for "Tickets and Passes." You should see a blue icon to "Reassign Ticket" beneath the pass. If so, click that and select your husband's name from the list of guests you are connected to. If you purchased an Annual Pass exclusively for Florida residents he may need to complete the
proof of residency process online or in person before first use. I purchased the Sorcerer Pass which needed proof of my Disney Vacation Club membership to activate, but it was a quick and easy process at any theme park ticket booth.
I
answered a similar question for a guest who purchased an Annual Pass for her mom and needed help getting the pass to show up on her mom's account. If you are having trouble reassigning you can follow the steps I mentioned to "Share Planning" with your husband. You are also welcome to
reach out to a Cast Member by phone for further technical assistance.
I hope you can easily assign admission to the appropriate accounts before you can say "bibbidi bobbidi boo!" If you have any additional questions or need suggestions on how to spend your first day in the parks together be sure to come back and let us know. You'll also want to take some time to pick up the latest
complimentary Annual Passholder magnet from Creations in EPCOT through February 23. Unfortunately, I just missed grabbing one on my last visit, but I hope to return sometime soon. Like Moana and the sea, the parks always call me
Wishing you a magical year!
Amy
