When booking a package through Disney, when/how do you receive further flight information or actual boarding passes? I've got my package confirmation email with flight date etc but just curious on the rest! Thanks :)

    Hi Charlotte!

Thanks for bringing us another question. The excitement over your upcoming trip is contagious! I'm so thrilled for you to experience all the magic that awaits at Walt Disney World Resort.

If you booked your Vacation Package online you should have had the opportunity to review flight options for your trip. I went through a little practice run and could choose from a few different carriers and flight times for my pretend visit from the UK. But not to worry if you didn't make note of the specific flight details during the selection process, or secured your Vacation Package by phone. I'd recommend reaching out to a Cast Member at the number listed on this page. They should be able to confirm your airline reservation details when you provide them with your confirmation number.

As your travel dates approach you'll continue to receive reminders about important vacation planning steps like securing advance dining reservations for your favorite meals during your trip. Though you'll be able to start making those 60 days before your arrival, you likely won't receive flight details until your Travel Documentation is received approximately 14 days before your departure. You'll use that information to check in and save your boarding passes according to your airline's policies, at that time. As my fellow panelist Jane mentioned in a past answer, you are welcome to reach out to Cast Members if you need reservation numbers to complete seat or meal requests, while you wait.

I hope this was helpful Charlotte. If we can answer any additional questions as you prepare for your visit please don't hesitate to come back and let us know. We're always happy to help!

    Magic and memories,
    Amy
