We are booked on the 4 night cruise out of Galveston March 6th-10th on the Disney Magic. The ship departure time shows 8:30 pm. Is this correct? If so, what will the dinner options be once aboard and what time will boarding start? Thank you.

Hiya Megan and welcome aboard planDisney. The Disney Magic and its sister ship the Disney Wonder are a pleasure to sail aboard. The ship is not too large and it packs in a tremendous amount of entertainment. We laughed and sang so loudly during dinner at Rapunzel's Royal Table.

On this Disney Magic sailing out of Galveston, Texas, all Guests must be aboard no later than 8:30 pm. Guests who board after their dining seating will be provided food but will need to speak with Guest Services once they are aboard the ship. For rotational dining, the "Main Seating" will be between 5:45 pm and 6:15 pm, and the "Second Seating" between 8:00 pm and 8:30 pm. Please be sure to check the actual dining times on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App once on board the ship. If you are not interested in dining at the restaurant or you miss your seating, you can always order room service 24 hours a day and the best thing, it is complimentary.

Megan, your ship embarks in about a month; can you believe it! Please double-check your Port Adventures to make sure you have what you want and if you did not get a specific experience, check at the Port Adventures desk once aboard. Please feel free to write me back directly with any follow-up questions or for other Disney vacation planning tips.

Enjoy making many Magical Memories on the High Seas.
