I booked a Disneyland Vacation Package for April 2024, but forgot to use my Disney Visa for the deposit. Will I still be able to take advantage of the discounted Disney Visa room rates when they come out in February and will it apply to Standard rooms?

    Hi there, Deborah!

Thanks so much for your question! Spring at the Disneyland Resort is just the best, I love seeing all the beautiful flowers in the parks that time of year.

I don't have any information on potential future Disney Visa offers, however, I recommend you look at the terms and conditions for the current offer on the Disney Rewards site. If you read the requirements at the bottom of the page you'll see that the current discount requires that guests mention the offer while booking and use a valid Disney Visa Card or Disney Rewards Redemption Card to pay the deposit. Terms and conditions may be unique to each offer, but I would anticipate that particular requirement is pretty consistent. That webpage also lists a phone number that you can call to book, or ask additional questions about future offers.

Since there isn't a Disney Visa offer that is currently valid for April 2024, I recommend keeping your current Disneyland Resort Hotel Package. If you take a look at the Vacation Package Terms and Conditions you'll find that for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to Guest arrival, amounts paid (minus cancellation fees assessed by third-party hotels or other suppliers, non-refundable travel protection plan costs, and other amounts owed) will be refunded. So you have some time to wait and see if you may want to cancel that vacation package in favor of a better offer.

Sadly, I have no way to tell what days a future offer may be valid or what room types may be included. Maybe Madame Leota can teach me to see the future? Until then, I get most of my Disney news from the Disney Parks Blog. Don't forget, there are plenty of other fun perks and offers included with your Disney Visa Credit Card, too!

Crossing my fingers that a future offer materializes for you, Deborah!

    Keep moving forward!
