Hello there, Jen!
Welcome to planDisney! I'm so sorry you're struggling to finalize your plans for visiting the Disneyland Resort. I'll try to help you get it figured out!
The first thing to check before you plan a visit is the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar because all guests are required to have a valid theme park ticket and a theme park reservation to enter the parks each day. The good news is that it looks like December still has lots of availability at the moment! Now the question is where things got tangled up in your reservation process. Were you looking to book a
Disneyland Resort Hotel Package? You can do that online and add your park tickets as part of your package. Then you'll need to make your
Theme Park Reservations right after your vacation package is booked.
If you're looking to only
purchase tickets, you can do that online as well. When you're purchasing tickets on the Disneyland website you'll have the option to select your park days and reserve them during the checkout process, so that's really helpful!
Having an argument with a computer is no fun, so if you can't make your reservations online you can absolutely call and speak with a Cast Member.
There is one phone number for Vacation Packages and another phone number for Tickets, depending on what you're trying to purchase. So don't be afraid to call in for a planning sidekick to help you save the day!
Once you get your reservations settled it's time to start thinking about what you want to enjoy in the parks! I know that Christmas Day will be past, but the
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort will still be holding tight to the holiday spirit! It's the perfect way to make your holiday last a little bit longer, don't you think? You'll be able to squeeze in some last holiday treats (do not miss the Mickey Gingerbread cookie), visit Mickey and his friends in their holiday best, and enjoy beautiful shows and nighttime spectaculars that remind us how magical the holidays can be.
Jen, I'm sending lots of pixie dust your way for smooth sailing while you book your tickets! I hope you'll be enjoying some holiday cheer at the Disneyland Resort really soon.
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
