Hi there, Moira, and welcome back to planDisney!
Peter Pan and Tinker Bell make flying look easy, but after a long day of traveling, it makes a lot of sense to step into the Walt Disney World Resort the morning after you arrive. I am more than happy to help you with this important piece of your planning adventure. Said in my best Peter Pan voice, “Heeere we gooooo!”
When purchasing your
Disney Magic Tickets, there will be a specific date you’ll choose when you'd like your usage window to begin. But the good news is that you don’t activate the window until you scan into any of the theme parks or water parks for the first time. Remember, you can use the 7-Day ticket over 15 consecutive days and the 14-Day ticket over 18 consecutive days.
AN EXTRA GEM: Depending on when you arrive at the Most Magical Place on Earth, I recommend that you spend that first night exploring your Resort hotel or even heading out to Disney’s BoardWalk for a nice stroll or dining and shopping at
Disney Springs. Of course, resting is always a great option, too, especially when you have so many days of magic ahead! The options are limitless.
Moira, please
revisit us if you have any other questions about your upcoming holiday. I’m feeling so giddy for your family—you have so many pixie-dusted moments coming your way soon!
Magic always,
LeAndra
