Can I book a table for 12 people at Planet Hollywood?

    Hey there, Jenny!

We're so glad you stopped by planDisney with your question. I'm always happy to chat all things dining, so let's get right to the meat (and potatoes) of the matter.

Advance dining reservations are typically available 60 days in advance. Based on your arrival date of October 15, you're already well within your booking window- hooray! I took a quick look at availability for a large party at Disney Springs' Planet Hollywood and noticed no tables available for a group of 12 through the current booking range. But not to worry! This doesn't mean you won't be able to dine at this location; you'll just need to split your group into separate reservations.

Once I dropped my party size from 12 to 8, a number of reservations became available. I recommend booking a table of 8 and another for 4 guests (or even 2 groups of 6, depending on what best suits your group) at overlapping times. You may need to recruit another guest in your travel party to assist, but I'm hopeful you'll be able to secure the plans.

On the day of your meal, plan to arrive a bit before your scheduled reservation time and request that both groups be seated together. While I can't guarantee they'll be able to arrange a table for 12 based on the restaurant layout and the party sizes of other guests dining at the same time, in my experience, they always try to work a little magic when possible. You may need to wait for tables to become available close by, but I'm crossing my fingers that everything works out in your favor.

You'll find plenty of fabulous dining options at Disney Springs, if you'd like to taste your way around a few spots. I love the Electri-Fries (and the vibes) at The Edison, and the 21 Layer Chocolate Cake over at The BOATHOUSE is hard to top! My family ordered a slice this summer, and it lasted us through a few delicious late-night post-park snack sessions.

I hope this helped, Jenny! Pull a chair back up to the planDisney table with any additional questions. We're always happy to have you "be our guest."

    Magic and memories,
    Amy
