Hiya Brian!
Welcome to planDisney! I just recently completed a four-night trip on the
Disney Wish with a three-night stay at Walt Disney World and I am excited to say that it was amazing! It truly was the "best of both worlds!"
I found that while planning my
Land and Sea Adventure I had to book each portion of the trip separately. I suggest booking the Disney Cruise Line portion first and then arranging your "Land" adventure. There is no real package that provides both options already set up for you at this time. I used a travel agent to book my cruise and arrange my
Disney ground transportation which I highly suggest. The Disney ground transportation was a relaxing way to travel from either the airport or your Disney Resort Hotel to the Port. I was able to easily book the "Land" portion of my trip right on the Walt Disney World website with a
special offer!
Once I had secured my cruise I had to decide if I wanted to visit Walt Disney World before or after my trip. Now that I experienced it I am thinking of booking my next Land and Sea Adventure to have my Parks visit
before my Cruise vacation. I did the opposite this trip and my amazing
Senses Spa & Salon massage and relaxing ocean vibes faded away quickly while wrangling stroller parking in the Parks. They are just such different experiences with one being more of an active and physical experience while the Disney Cruise was so relaxing and filled with soft-serve. I love both experiences and so did my family.
If you have more Disney Cruise Line-specific questions make sure to ask my favorite experts
Adrianna and
Tracie!
I hope this helps Happy Planning!
