Hi Rebecca!
Welcome to planDisney!
The
Early Entry perk will be based on your resort stay, not the length of your ticket. As a
Disney World resort or select good neighbor hotel guest, you will get to enjoy Early Entry to the theme parks on every day of your stay, including check-in and check-out days.
So, if you stay at
Pop Century for 1 night, you can technically take advantage of Early Entry on two days (the day you check in and the day you check out). If you move to an off-property accommodation after that, you will no longer be able to access the attractions for Early Entry when using that third day of your park ticket.
Something else to think about in this case is
Lightning Lanes, if you decide you’d like to purchase that service (pending availability). Your Lightning Lane booking window will open at 7 AM Eastern, 7 days prior to your resort check-in date if you’re staying at a Disney World resort or select good neighbor hotel. If you’re staying off property, your booking window will open at 7 AM Eastern, 3 days prior to the start date of your ticket for date-based tickets.
So, if you’ll be staying on property for part of your trip and off property for the other part, you’ll have two separate booking windows for Lightning Lanes.
I hope that all makes sense! If you have any other questions, please let us know. We’re always happy to help!
