how to book multiple rooms together

    Hi Dennis!

Welcome to planDisney!  I've always found that the real magic of a Disney vacation is the memories made with friends and family.  Let's talk about how to get your resort rooms bibbidi-bobbidi-booked for your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort!

Dennis, when making your resort hotel reservations online, you can only book one room at a time.  If you make multiple reservations online, you can call a Cast Member at Tickets and Hotel Reservations to ensure they are linked properly.  Alternatively, you can contact a Cast Member by phone from the start, and they can assist with reserving multiple rooms.  Please keep in mind that requests for connecting (interior door) or adjoining (nearby) rooms cannot be guaranteed, but Cast Members will do their best to accommodate when possible!

Depending on the size of your travel party, you may want to consider a multi-bedroom villa or a family suite at Disney's Art of Animation Resort or Disney's All-Star Music Resort.  These rooms are perfect for larger families or groups, and many include separate sleeping areas, kitchen spaces, and multiple bathrooms.

With more than two dozen hotels in the Disney Resorts Collection, there are choices for every budget, style, and vacation preference.  Some of my panelist pals have been sharing resort tours recently over on the Disney Parks YouTube channel, which may help you decide where to stay.  If you don't see a resort tour video for a property just yet, you can always take a peek at our planDisney Pocket Guides for a quick overview.

Regardless of which resort you choose, you'll be able to enjoy many great benefits as a resort Guest.  A favorite for my family is Early Theme Park Entry.  My toddler doesn't quite understand the concept of sleeping in, so we take advantage of those extra 30 minutes in the parks every morning to squeeze in one or two of our must-do attractions before the park officially opens.

Lastly, as you start planning, make sure everyone in your travel party is sharing plans using the Friends & Family List.  This will allow for easier coordination before, during, and after your vacation - especially when it comes to purchasing Lightning Lane passes and sharing Disney PhotoPass pictures.

planDisney Pro Tip - Currently, if one person in your group purchases Memory Maker, the images can be shared with up to 25 people on their Friends & Family List.  Only the individual who purchased Memory Maker can download and save the photos, but any images from your travel party will appear in the gallery!

I hope this information has been helpful, Dennis, and I wish you the best as you plan your vacation!  If you have any other questions, please stop by to see us again here at planDisney!

    Cheers!
    Kristi
