How do I book multiple rooms at the same resort

Greetings Don and welcome back to planDisney!

It’s always fun to know that you have a large enough group of friends and family that you are going to need multiple rooms for everyone to enjoy the magic!

Don, there are a couple of different options you could try.  The first would be to book the two rooms online through the Walt Disney World website, but you would need to do each as separate reservations, one at a time.  I have done this many times and have been able to contact the resort to request that the rooms were close by each other.

Another option would be to call the Walt Disney World Resort Reservations phone line and have a friendly Cast Member to help you with your booking. You could give them any special requests or a specific floor or location that you were looking at. These requests aren’t guaranteed, but Disney does their best to honor as many of these requests as they can!

Don, after you get your rooms reserved, you can link them together on your My Disney Experience account so you can manage your plans, take care of any Advanced Dining Reservations, and select Lightning Lanes if you desire!

One more option could be one large room that would fit your entire gaggle of friends and family!  There are accommodations available like the Family Suites at Disney's Art of Animation Resort and Deluxe Villas where you can all hang out together!

Don, my family of nine had a split stay where we had separate rooms for half of a ten-day trip and a larger suite for all of us for the other half of the trip! Both options worked out great and made amazing memories for my family!

Don, have a magical adventure with your gang, and don’t forget to enjoy a Mickey Bar or two!
