Can you get adjoining rooms at Art of Annimation?

    Welcome to planDisney, Tamieka!

Disney's Art of Animation Resort is absolutely gorgeous! Imagineers have layered intricate details of some of our favorite, iconic films throughout this Walt Disney World property. You are going to love a stay there!

Tamieka, while there are no connecting rooms in the Family Suite neighborhoods of Art of Animation, you may request them if you are staying in more than one The Little Mermaid Standard Room. Such connecting rooms are limited, though, so there is no guarantee that Cast Members will be able to accommodate you. When I have a specific room request, I call Disney's Help Center and ask an expert in Hotel Reservations for assistance. Linking multiple reservations helps Cast Members see that we are traveling as a larger party, too. This helps CMs find the best location for us when our rooms are assigned at check-in.

There are other options, though, if that connecting or larger space is important for your stay; let's take a look! First, those Family Suites at Art of Animation sleep up to 6 and may give you that extra space you need. You can ask for your suites to be next to or very close to each other--just give that number listed above a call.

Another option would be booking rooms at any of the All-Star Resorts. I've stayed at all three many times and have noted that lots of the standard rooms connect to the one next door. Again, while not guaranteed, you may have a greater chance of getting those connecting rooms at any one of these gorgeous and playfully-themed resorts.

If it's important to stay near the super-convenient Disney Skyliner, Disney's Pop Century Resort might be just right for you. With more connecting rooms than AoA plus access to Disney's Skyliner, this could be your new favorite home away from home!

Just for fun, Tamieka, take a look at this link for Options for 5 or More Guests. There are so many additional ideas to consider if looking to visit with a larger group, and details listed here might uncover a hidden gem you didn't even know existed. Happy reading!

As you plan your practically perfect in every way stay at The Most Magical Place on Earth, Tamieka, send additional questions our way. We love to help!
