Bonjour Melissa, and thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. I’m excited to see that you’re planning to visit Disneyland Paris during the spookiest time of the year! I was there for the
Disney Halloween Festival last year and had such a great time watching Mickey’s Halloween Celebration, meeting characters in their festive costumes, and dining at The Lucky Nugget Saloon… when it transforms into The Unlucky Nugget Saloon!
Now let’s chat about adding
Extras to your magical holiday. You can absolutely add Extras to your reservation after you initially book, if available. These include the
Meal Plan, Disney Express luggage service, Magical Shuttle airport transfer, Disney PhotoPass,
Disney Premier Access Ultimate, character meals,
reserved viewing areas for the parades and nighttime spectaculars, and excursions in Paris and Versailles.
To add Extras to your booking on the Disneyland Paris website, your Hotel + Disney Park Tickets package must be paid for in full. If you already booked your package, go to the website, click your name in the top right corner, select My Bookings on the left side of the next page, and then click into your reservation. Here you can scroll down to Your Meal Plans or Your Extras to start adding what you’d like. Alternatively, you can call the
Client Relation Center, and a Cast Member would be happy to help add these Extras to your booking.
I also recommend booking your package directly through Disneyland Paris, so you’re able to buy certain Extras, like reserved viewing areas as soon as the dates become available and your package is paid for in full. Guests who book through a third-party company, which includes Walt Disney Travel Company International, need to wait until seven days before their visit. Unfortunately, these experiences can sometimes be fully booked by then.
There are so many great perks that you’ll get as a Disney Hotel guest at Disneyland Paris! My family’s favorite is getting into the theme parks before official opening with
Extra Magic Time. It’s a great way to get a head start on the day and ride a couple of attractions with lower wait times. We also love meeting Disney characters at our hotel and have had some of our best character interactions in this more casual setting. They typically meet in the morning, but confirm the exact schedule when you get to your hotel.
I’m wishing you a BOO-tiful stay at Disneyland Paris next October! And if you have any other questions, we’re always here for you at planDisney.
