Good journey, Andrea! I received the transmission you sent to planDisney. Thank the maker!
Soon you'll be traveling to a galaxy far, far away and landing in
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge for a very special reason! I'm thrilled to hear that you two galactic adventurers are looking for a unique way to celebrate your anniversary and, as a fellow Jedi, I can't think of a better way to commemorate the occasion than with an
advance reservation for
Savi's Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers. The Force is strong with you!
Andrea, when making a reservation at
Savi's Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers, you will be required to select the name of the Builder who will be building the lightsaber. Remember, each reservation allows one Builder and one Guest into the workshop. If you would like to build two lightsabers, you'll need to make two reservations. In order to try to keep this reservation as secret as possible (from both your boyfriend and from the prying eyes of the First Order), I have a few suggestions for you:
- When making the reservation, you'll need to select the name of the person who will be the Builder. Instead of selecting your significant other's name from the drop-down list, scroll all the way to the bottom and select "Add a Guest." Here, you can enter his name and set the contact information as yours, so you'll be the one receiving the confirmation email. Be sure to keep this email handy, which will be important when you check in for your reservation!
- If you already share plans and are connected through your Family & Friends List, you'll need to take one extra step so your plans aren't visible to your boyfriend. Head to your Family & Friends List and click "Update," then click to view "Only Our Shared Plans." This way, he won't be able to see your secret surprise!
Before you arrive, I'd suggest taking some time to download and explore the
My Disney Experience app. You'll be able to check wait times for attractions, access
virtual queues, and (my favorite) –
mobile order food. Make sure you fuel your next adventure by making a pit stop at
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, and taste test the blue and green milk from the
Milk Stand!
If you have any other questions, please send another transmission our way. Thankfully, Obi-Wan Kenobi isn't your only hope – we're always here to help!
May the Force be with you!
