Which are best character breakfasts for seeing Minnie Mouse?

    Hi Joan!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney to talk about one of my favorite topics - character dining!  It sounds like you are ready to "rock the dots" and dine with Minnie Mouse on your next visit to Walt Disney World Resort.

While character appearances are always subject to change, I've had breakfast with Minnie Mouse at Cape May Cafe at Disney's Beach Club Resort and Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort.  I haven't personally dined yet at Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera at Disney's Riviera Resort for breakfast, but I've seen photos from friends who have seen Minnie Mouse there as well!  I don't think you'll be disappointed in any of these character breakfast choices, so I would recommend considering your park plans for the rest of the day when making your choice.  Chef Mickey's is located within walking distance to Magic Kingdom Park and you can easily walk to the International Gateway entrance of EPCOT from Cape May Cafe.  If you choose to dine at Topolino's Terrace, you can enjoy a ride on the Disney Skyliner to EPCOT or Disney's Hollywood Studios.

If you're open to enjoying a character lunch or dinner, I would recommend Minnie's Seasonal Dine at Hollywood & Vine in Disney's Hollywood Studios.  Minnie Mouse is the star of this show as she greets guests with some of her favorite friends.  The theming of the character outfits changes with the season which adds an extra bit of fun to this meal!  You can also book this dining experience as part of a Fantasmic! Dining Package.  By booking this package, you'll have your meal at Hollywood & Vine and reserve priority seating for Fantasmic! later in the evening.

Whichever character meals you choose, don't forget that advanced dining reservations open 60 days prior to your arrival.  Character dining can be very popular so I would recommend booking early!

Joan, I hope you have a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World Resort later this year.  If you have any other questions we can help with at planDisney, please stop by to visit us again - we're all ears!

    Cheers,
    Kristi
