    Hi we are visiting from the UK in February and can see that currently both water parks are showing on the WDW calendar as closed. The water parks are our son’s absolute favourite. Really hoping you can advise if at least one will be open.

    Thanks for visiting planDisney as you prepare for your upcoming holiday to Walt Disney World Resort!  I love visiting both Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park and understand why they are a favorite in your family.

    Earlier today, I visited the Walt Disney World Resort website to double check hours and I'm happy to share that it looks like hours have been updated for your vacation!  Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park is showing operating hours of 10:00 - 17:00 on the day you arrive and for the 14 days that follow.  During the winter months, often only one water park is open at a time and it does look like this is the case while you are visiting with Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park is temporarily closed.  I'm not sure what your son's favorite ride is, but I know if I was there during your visit, you'd find me floating the day away on Cross Country Creek!  

    While you're enjoying Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, I'd also like to recommend stopping by Winter Summerland Miniature Golf.  I played a round of miniature golf on a recent vacation to Walt Disney World Resort and really enjoyed myself!  It's a great activity for the whole family to enjoy and who doesn't love a little friendly competition on vacation, right?
