Hi Kristen,
Welcome to planDisney! You sound like a Disney Cruise Line vacation planning pro already, and I'm glad to help you reach the next level!
Yes, you should
link your reservation with your entire cruising crew. You can do that on the website under the Already Booked tab. From the drop-down menu, select My Reservations and then Add a Reservation. You can also
call Disney Cruise Line and ask a reservation specialist to link the reservations. Once linked, you can plan onboard activities, dining reservations, and Port Adventures together. You will also be able to coordinate your Rotational Dining times and even your table location.
Kristen, be mindful that your
Castaway Club membership level only applies to the Guests in your stateroom. So, for instance, if you are a Platinum club member, only the Guests in your stateroom will be able to book
Palo early. Guests in the other stateroom will need to wait until the Guest with the highest club level in their stateroom can book. If this is the case for your party, you can book for your stateroom and when the other Guests are able to book, you can contact Disney Cruise Line and ask for your reservations to be linked so you can share a table. I'll keep my fingers crossed that you and your crew will enjoy the amazing Palo Chocolate Souflé soon!
Please let us know if you have other questions as you plan, Kristen; we are here to help!
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
