Hi Lisa, and welcome to planDisney. I’m excited to help you have your best day ever at the Most Magical Place on Earth! I love watching the colorful floats in the
Festival of Fantasy Parade, so let’s make sure you can watch the parade and get to your
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique appointment. You don’t want to be late for this very important date!
The Festival of Fantasy Parade doesn’t go behind Cinderella Castle, where Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is located, so I’d suggest standing north of the parade route in Liberty Square (near
Liberty Square Market). This is a great spot where you can see the floats approach and turn towards the castle. And when it’s time for your appointment, you don’t need to cross the parade route to get to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. Just walk towards
Haunted Mansion and around to Fantasyland. To help plan, you can preview the parade route (the white dotted line) in this
Magic Kingdom map.
The performance times for the Festival of Fantasy Parade haven’t been released for March yet. It usually runs at 3:00 PM (or sometimes twice a day during busier seasons), but be sure to check the schedule closer to your trip.
A visit to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is a special occasion that deserves to be commemorated! There’s a Royal Portrait Studio in the nearby
Sir Mickey’s where you can get pictures taken against an elegant background. No reservations are needed, so you can head over after your appointment is done. If you have
Memory Maker, these photos are included!
Now since you’re at
Magic Kingdom, getting a photo in front of Cinderella Castle or with one of the princesses at
Princess Fairytale Hall is a must-do when your little ones are in their royal best! And if you’re looking for something extra special, you might be interested in a 20-minute
Capture Your Moment private photo session.
I hope your day at Magic Kingdom is filled with pixie dust and Mickey-shaped snacks! And don’t hesitate to visit us again at planDisney if you have more questions leading up to your trip.
