Hello Josh,
We’re here at planDisney to help answer any questions you have as you prepare for your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort, so thanks for coming to us with your question!
When you chose to have your tickets mailed to you, there should have been two shipping options to choose from.
Standard shipping which may take up to 14 days, or Express shipping which can usually take 3-5 business days. The Express shipping option costs an additional fee but does include tracking information once the tickets are mailed. Standard shipping does not come with tracking information.
I know your visit is coming up soon and it can be hard to wait for this important part of your vacation! If your tickets do not arrive at your home in time, you can simply visit any
Guest Relations window near the entrances to each theme park, or the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs to have your physical ticket cards re-issued. The Guest who ordered the tickets will need to show a valid ID and the credit card used to pay for the tickets.
I hope this answer helps, Josh! Your tickets should arrive in time for your vacation, but now you’re prepared in case they don’t. Before you arrive, I encourage you to listen to or watch the episode of the
planDisney Podcast all about the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays 2023! This episode will give you a little sneak preview of what you’ll find at EPCOT during your visit. Follow it up with the
Disney Eats: Foodie Guide to EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays so you can make a list of what foods you’d like to try and where to find the Holiday Kitchens!
Thanks again for coming to planDisney. Come back again if you have any further questions!
