Well, hey there, Raymond! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so excited to chat Disney with a fellow Louisianian!
It sounds like the magic of
Walt Disney World Resort called, and I could not be happier to see that you answered the call by planning a magical adventure at The Most Magical Place on Earth during the most wonderful time of the year. And at
Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort?! Pure magic. Bay Lake Tower is my very favorite Disney Deluxe Villas Resort. With its modern vibes, fantastic
dining options, the monorail soaring by, and its unbeatable location within walking distance of Magic Kingdom Park, it's the perfect, pixie-dusted home away from home
right in the middle of the magic. Now, let's chat about getting you and your daughter in the holiday spirit!
Unfortunately,
golf cart rentals at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort are now only available for Guests staying at The Cabins and the Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. But Hakuna Matata! It means "no worries." There are still
so many opportunities to see beautiful, twinkling Christmas lights throughout Walt Disney World Resort.
If your daughter loves Christmas lights, she will absolutely adore the
Electrical Water Pageant that passes right past your Resort on Bay Lake! The schedule depends on when Happily Ever After takes place, so just ask the front desk when you can expect the Pageant to sail by Bay Lake Tower (It is usually around 10:00 p.m.). I also recommend taking the boat from the Contemporary to
Disney's Wilderness Lodge, where you can find the most beautiful Christmas tree, lights, decorations and vibes in all of Walt Disney World Resort, in my opinion. You can also hop the monorail over to
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa for elegant decorations, a stunning tree and a spectacular gingerbread house. You can even purchase pieces of this delicious gingerbread house! Mmmm.
There is no more magical place to spend the
holiday season than at Walt Disney World Resort, and I hope you and your family have an unforgettable time, Raymond! I hope this helps, and please feel free to stop by any time with any questions you may have.
Stay merry and bright,
Mandy
