Hi there, Christina, and welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you've stopped by today with this great question. My fellow Panelist pals and I are here and always happy to help fellow guests with their vacation plans! It sounds like you'll be visiting Walt Disney World Resort in just a few short weeks, and you must be getting so excited!
Christina, I can definitely understand wanting to be prepared for a
Disney Theme Park reaching capacity during a holiday weekend. I reached out to a helpful
Cast Member about this situation, and she let me know that if you have an
Advance Dining Reservation in a theme park that is not allowing guest entry at that time, you should head to
Guest Relations to see what your options would be at that particular time. She let me know that in the event that a theme park does reach capacity, you should get a notification on the
My Disney Experience Mobile App with instructions on how to proceed in that situation.
I have to admit that I'm not an expert when it comes to park hopping! I find that there is always so much that I want to do and see in a park, that I could spend multiple days there! It makes leaving very difficult, because I want to be sure I check everything off my bucket list - snacks, shows, attractions, and more! My planDisney pal,
Amy C., however, knows all about park hopping and even recently visited all four theme parks in one day!
You must be thrilled to use your new Annual Passes - did you know that you'll make it just in time to experience the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival? It goes through May 27, 2024 and it's definitely worth checking out before it ends. Amazing topiaries, talented live performers, and seasonal food and beverage offerings at outdoor kitchens are all waiting for you at EPCOT!
Christina, please stop back by planDisney anytime with vacation planning questions. I hope you have a lovely time during your vacation!
See you real soon!
