    I have already paid in full for my trip in December. I was wondering if it is possible to upgrade our tickets to annual passes?

    Cindy, as an Annual Passholder, I'm happy to chat with you about how to enjoy the Magic of Walt Disney World all year long. If you currently have standard theme park tickets or Park Hopper tickets that have not been used in their entirety you are welcome to upgrade to the Disney Incredi-Pass. You can do this by calling Disney directly or you can visit any Guest Relations location when you arrive. My family and I tend to skip visiting a park on our arrival day and enjoy walking around Disney Springs. There is a conveniently located Guest Relations booth right in
    Town Center if you are planning any time at Disney Springs
