I'm pleased to tell you that yes, you can go to
Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter to get your beignets at
Scat Cat's Club - Cafe. However, I do have to let you know that parking at the resort is exclusively available to Guests with a hotel, dining or experience reservation. If you don't have one of these, you might be turned away. The best way to get there is from one of the four Disney Theme Parks. You can
park at any one of them for a daily fee and then take complimentary
Disney Transportation to French Quarter.
Disney Springs Resort
Bus and
Water Transportation is also only available to Guests with a hotel, dining or experience reservation, so parking at the theme parks is the way to go. Just make sure you're aware of the closing time for that theme park so you can get back to retrieve your vehicle. Disney Transportation runs for approximately an hour after park closing.
