Bonjour Tatiana, and welcome back to planDisney! I celebrated my sister’s 40th birthday at Disneyland Paris last year and we made so many magical memories. So I would be happy to chat about your special celebration next year!
It sounds like you want to book an eight night stay at one of the Disney Hotels along with a four-day park ticket. As you noticed, the
Hotel + Disney Park Tickets packages that you can book through the
Disneyland Paris website include access to both theme parks on each day of your stay, including your check-in and check-out days. If you’d like to book an eight-night stay with four-day park tickets, you’ll need to do this over the
phone. Currently, only the Hotel + Disney Park Ticket packages can be booked online. However, I’d recommend pricing out both options because the packages usually significantly discounted.
Last year, my sister and I were initially planning a two-night stay at the
Disneyland Hotel with two park days. But once we compared prices, we decided to do three park days with the package. If the cost isn’t that much higher, it can be nice to do a couple of partial days in the parks. We loved popping in at night to have dinner at
Bistrot Chez Remy or to watch
Disney Cascade of Lights. It definitely made the whole vacation more relaxing.
Since you’ll be at Disneyland Paris for your 40th birthday, I wanted to share a few ideas for making your visit special! First, don’t forget to pick up a complimentary birthday button from City Hall or the front desk of your Disney hotel.
If you love a celebratory drink, you can find champagne for sale in iconic Disneyland Paris flutes, and they make for such an epic toast in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle! The exact place to purchase them varies, but I’ve sometimes seen them at a kiosk towards the end of Main Street, U.S.A. and other times available for purchase inside of
Victoria’s Home-Style Restaurant or
The Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlour. Ask a Cast Member if you can't find them. They're also a great souvenir that will always remind you of your magical birthday trip!
And finally, we sprung for the
reserved viewing area for
Disney Tales of Magic one night. You get an incredible view of the fireworks, projections, and water fountains without needing to stake out a spot too far in advance. It really helps with maximizing your time in the parks.
