Hello! I added de ddp after my hotel booking and todas I payed the amount but it doesn't show at my plans that I have the ddp. It can taje a while to update?

Oi, Maiara! Welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you have a wonderful springtime visit planned to The Most Magical Place on Earth!

When it comes to Walt Disney World, the magic isn’t just in the attractions and parades. It’s also in the food! Adding a Disney Dining Plan is a fantastic way to prepay for meals and make your vacation even more worry-free. After all, as Timon and Pumbaa say, Hakuna Matata—no worries, especially when it comes to dining!

If your Disney Dining Plan isn’t showing in your My Disney Experience account yet, don’t worry. It may take a little time to update. First, check your email inbox for a confirmation message that includes details about your dining plan. Then, try looking in your My Disney Experience app:
        1.    Open the app and tap “Hotel Reservations.”
        2.    Scroll down until you see “Check Dining Plan.”
        3.    You should see a message that says, “Check back here once you arrive at your Resort hotel to see your available dining plan meals, snacks, or mugs.”
        4.    On your check-in day, your dining credits should automatically appear in the app.

If you don’t see them once you’ve checked in, stop by the front desk of your Disney Resort hotel, and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you!

As a quick reminder, there are two Disney Dining Plan options:
        •    If you chose the Quick-Service Dining Plan, you can enjoy meals at quick-service restaurants without needing reservations.
        •    If you selected the regular Disney Dining Plan, which includes one quick-service meal and one table-service meal per night of your stay, I recommend making advance dining reservations. You can do this up to 60 days before your check-in date. Since you’re from Brazil, the easiest way to make reservations is by calling (11) 4700-2835 to speak with a Brazilian Cast Member.

Maiara, I hope this helps! If you ever have more questions, did you know there’s also a Portuguese version of planDisney? You’re welcome to ask us here in English or visit our Portuguese panel—whichever you prefer.

Que a magia esteja com você,
