Hi I added 8 x 14 day passes on my Disney app for my family & send them each their individual passes. When they try to add their ticket to their Disney app it says ticket no & reservation no are invalid. How can they each add their own tickets?

Hiya, Patricia! I'm so glad you found the second star to the right and followed it straight on to planDisney.

It sounds like you're getting ready to enjoy a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth with your family and I couldn't be more excited for you! The only thing better than traveling to Walt Disney World Resort is visiting with people you love. I'd be happy to help you and your family access your park tickets – let me just grab my magic wand...

Got it! As my pal Peter Pan says, "Here we gooo!"

Patricia, I know you've purchased the tickets for your family and are trying to help them link these tickets to their My Disney Experience accounts. It sounds like you might currently be managing your family's plans and we might want to make some changes so you can share these plans with them. Once you do, they should be able to see the plans, reservations, and tickets in the My Disney Experience app!

To do this, log into your account online, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Family & Friends. If you see the words "Plans managed by me" next to your family's names, you'll want to click "Update," then "Share Planning with..." Enter the email address associated with their My Disney Experience account. Once they accept this invitation on their end, they should be able to view and co-manage all of their plans! These plans should also be reflected in their My Disney Experience app. Please be sure that you've also made theme park reservations with the Disney Park Pass system, which is an important step to reserve the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip. If you run into any issues with the above steps or need more assistance, my best recommendation would be to call a Cast Member. They'd be happy to take a peek at your reservations and help you with the next best steps available to you!

Speaking of the My Disney Experience app, I'd encourage you and your travel party to explore it before you arrive! You'll be able to check wait times for attractions, access virtual queues, and even mobile order food – my favorite. This is a great way to minimize waits and maximize the fun!

If you have any other questions, please visit us again. After all, you've got a friend in me!
