Hello- are there actual Disney travel agents that can help walk your through the process of planning and booking a trip? Thanks.

Hi Annie! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.

While we're not travel agents, we're certainly always happy to answer any of your planning or booking questions here at planDisney as fellow Guests with a wide variety of experiences at Disneyland Resort. You can submit questions to us individually too if there is a panelist whose experience lines up well with the needs of your family or group.

A good place to start is the Vacation Packages page. Vacation Packages combine your hotel stay with admission tickets for increased value. You can choose to stay at one of the three hotels at Disneyland Resort for an immersive experience with unbeatable access to the parks or one of the Good Neighbor properties, which are conveniently located near the parks. When selecting your preferred hotel and dates, you'll see availability and pricing. Prices are subject to change. If you're looking for recommendations, we've stayed at Good Neighbor hotels located across the street from the main entrance and found them to be comfortable. My favorite choice on property is the iconic Disneyland Hotel with its retro styling and quick access to the Disneyland Monorail, which takes you right into the heart of Tomorrowland in Disneyland Park.

To enter the parks you'll need both valid admission tickets and theme park reservations. When booking through Disneyland Resort, you'll select your preferred dates and parks, which is your theme park reservation. You're currently within the theme park reservation booking window for your preferred date. Book early for the best theme park reservation availability. Availability isn't guaranteed and days or parks can fill up.

When you're 60 days out from your trip, which could be very soon, you can begin booking dining. There are so many great choices. My top two for an elegant meal are Napa Rose at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and Carthay Circle Restaurant on Buena Vista Street in Disney California Adventure Park. The most immersive dining experience is the classic Blue Bayou Restaurant in New Orleans Square at Disneyland Park, but it's so popular it can be tricky to grab a reservation. Act early and keep checking if it's full and on your must-eat list.

If you'd like the services of a travel agent, I suggest searching online for an authorized Disney vacation planner to assist you. Otherwise, we're always here!

    I hope this helps.
