I ended up with two accounts a few years ago and called the
My Disney Experience/MagicBand line for technical support. The helpful Cast Member merged my accounts so I could have a "swingin' time" on my trip. I suggest you do the same and have all your pertinent information handy such as any emails tied to those accounts. You can head to any
Guest Relations location for assistance if you're already on-site.
As for your MagicBand, the same support line should be able to help you with any technical issues. Just so you know, if another guest has used a MagicBand or
MagicBand+, it cannot be transferred. When you call, my tip is to have the serial number of the band ready. You can find this on the underside of the band.
Did you know you can use
Disney MagicMobile Service on your phone as your theme park ticket and more? Many guests use this feature instead of a MagicBand, so that might be another option to consider.
