Hello Anthony!
Thanks for stopping by with a question for us today. I'd be happy to help!
I believe you are referring to the
Magic Key No-Show Policy which places guests with three missed reservations within 90 days into a 30-day penalty state. During the 30-day penalty period, Magic Key holders will be unable to make new theme park reservations or modify current reservations, but any existing reservations won't be automatically canceled. It sounds like your 30-day window has just come to a close so you should be on your way to making and modifying
theme park reservations once again. Hooray!
It's my understanding that the clock resets after a penalty period so you'd need to miss another 3 theme park reservations before your pass is placed back in a 30-day No-Show Penalty period. The easiest way to avoid this is to cancel theme park reservations by 11:59 p.m. PST on the night before your scheduled arrival. Not only will this save you from getting a strike against your 3 no-shows, but it will also make the reservation available for another guest to enjoy the parks. As you know,
Magic Key reservations are limited and not always available even outside of a pass' blockout date. Canceling your unneeded reservations saves you a headache and spreads a bit of pixie dust to another Magic Key holder hoping to visit.
I hope this clears up any confusion Anthony. Please come back and see us again with any additional questions. You are also welcome to
contact the dedicated Magic Key phone number with any other questions or concerns.
Magic and memories,
Amy
