I'm sorry you're having trouble adding your theme park tickets to your Apple Wallet with
Disney MagicMobile Service. Technology can be goofy sometimes, I'm hoping with a little pixie dust we can help you be on your way!
The first step to follow is to open the
My Disney Experience app and navigate to the three horizontal bar line icon the bottom right-hand corner. Scroll down and tap "Set Up MagicMobile Entry" under "Account." You can select the passes and follow the instructions to add them to your device's wallet. For any Guests in your party that you do not manage, it is recommended that they create their own Disney MagicMobile pass on their phone.
If you are still running into issues, I do have a few suggestions. I always find that closing out of the app, as well as restarting my phone as a reset is a good place to start. If you are still having trouble after a restart, I recommend reaching out to a helpful Cast Member on the
App and MagicBand Support line.
